How recurring cleaning works
When you book your first clean, you pick how often: every week, every other week or once a month. The day and arrival window you choose carry over to every visit after that, and you can change them from your account.
A standard clean keeps a home at its baseline. It handles the everyday mess in the rooms you use most, so the house always feels ready. If it has been a while since the last thorough clean, start with a deep clean and switch to standard visits after.
We try to send the same crew every time. Vacations and sick days happen, and if your crew changes we let you know.

How often can you come?
Every week, every other week or once a month. Your first booking sets the day and arrival window for the visits after it.
Will I get the same cleaners each time?
We schedule the same crew whenever we can. If someone is on vacation or out sick, we tell you before a different crew arrives.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No. Your crew brings all the supplies and equipment. If you want a specific product used, leave it out where we can see it and tell us when you book.
What if something is missed?
Call 303-500-4322 within 24 hours of your clean and we schedule a time to come back and re-clean that area.
