We arrive in your window
If the crew is running early or late, someone contacts you first. Your card is charged when the clean is done.
You rate the clean
Tell us how it went. If an area is not right, call within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean it.

How do we get in?

Give us a door or garage code, a key we keep coded in our lock box, or a lock box of your own. If no one can let us in, a cancellation fee applies.

Should I tidy up first?

Please clear away papers, clothing and toys. Our crews clean around clutter, not under it.

What about pets?

We love pets. If yours is nervous with new people, please keep them in a crate or a room we will skip.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. Changes made less than 24 hours before your clean can carry a fee of up to half the booking total.
